Ms. Tandokazi Xotyeni acquired a degree in BSc Computer Science, in 1996. She is an IT Manager with vast experience in guiding organizations and creating added value through strategic application and cost-effective utilization of information technologies in alignment with organisational goals. She has a track record of surpassing goals and expectations for quality, schedule, and cost while implementing leading edge IT solutions. Throughout my experience, she has developed extensive expertise in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, object-oriented analysis and design agile methodology, and managing requirements from project inception through release.

She worked for both public and private companies For example, in Eskom, she worked in various roles, including but not limited to Senior Business analyst, where she was responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. She also implemented strategies that have drastically improved operational efficiency. My previous experience include working as a Portfolio Manager for Eskom, where she managed and evaluated proposals worth $74 000 and advised investment committee of recommendations. Furthermore, she ensured an executive global view of the ICT asset creation initiatives, coordinated, controlled, and modified changes on approved business and rolling plans, and provided financial adjudication and evaluation services on commitments to the portfolio of projects.
